Information and Consent to the processing of data
We inform you that the personal data you provide to us will be processed both with automated and non-automated tools, in any case in accordance with the provisions, also in terms of data security, by EU Regulation 679/2016 for the purpose of fulfilling the tasks entrusted to us, as explained in the contract currently in force and / or for the purpose of providing you the requested information and / or to fulfill specific legal obligations on the part of the Data Controller. The provision of data is optional, but your refusal will prevent us from continuing to execute the contract in progress or to fulfill your specific requests.
Specifically, your data are related to our activity of “Consulting, design, supply, testing and after-sales technical assistance of equipment for the production of ice cream” and are related to your explicit request to subscribe to our newsletter; unless specifically consented to, no massive marketing activity outside of sending the newsletter is envisaged.
The storage of data (that however and in no case may be more than 10 years from the last processing / updating) is linked to the existence of a supply of goods / services, to legal obligations or to the needs of specific treatments of which you are a part, it is your right to request the cancellation of data when the same right is not in opposition to legal obligations.
Your data will be communicated from the undersigned to the persons in charge necessary for the performance of the tasks entrusted to us, to banks or credit institutions for the processing and collection of skills, to public institutions or organizations in relation to the tasks entrusted to us and to regulations / legal obligations, to control organizations and public security if required, to any third parties only as a result of using them for the performance of the tasks entrusted to us.
You have the right to obtain from the Data Controller the cancellation, limitation, updating, portability, opposition to the processing of personal data concerning you as well as in general or rights provided for in articles 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21 and 22 of EU Regulation 679/2016.
The transfer of your data abroad by the undersigned is not envisaged, but any third parties involved in the processing could make use of this possibility.

The consent so that your data are processed by the undersigned for the purpose of executing an existing contract (“newsletter sending”) to be developed according to the methods indicated in the information above or to fulfill specific requests is NOT PROVIDED for because, pursuant to Article 6 paragraph 1 letter b, the processing is considered lawful.
A revocation of the registration implies an impossibility to continue sending.
As required by Article 14 of EU Regulation 679/2016 I declare that I will provide a copy of this information to the subjects of whom I will communicate personal data collected by me for the exclusive purpose of allowing the execution of the contract where I am a party to the dispute.
The sending of a subscription to the newsletters through the website is to be understood as a contractual adhesion and explicit consent to the processing for the exclusive purposes indicated in this statement.
