Andrea Burzo, our new After Sales Manager. Andrea is a Customer Service Manager with extensive experience (+20 Years) gained in different roles (After Sales Manager, International Service Manager, Regional Service Manager, Life Cycle Service Manager) and in several industrial sectors (Material Handling, Logistic Automation, Concrete Machinery, Packaging and Sterilization Systems), with a proactive attitude in problem-solving, constantly engaged in continuous improvement of customer experience and growth of after-sales business in multinationally contexts.
Matteo Avelli: Matteo joined Teknoice as Marketing Manager, and he has over 10 years of experience in international marketing with a specialization in Digital Marketing and Data Analysis.
He worked in different international contexts in Barcelona, Paris and Milan.
He is a new technology passionate and always strives to implement innovations across all areas of the company to improve the work and efficiency of the company.
Mattia Merenda: is our new After Sales Assistant he will bring to the team practical technical experience gained in the roles of Facility Maintenance and Assembler during my previous work experiences. Mattia is a passionate team player who developed his sound problem-solving approach by working closely with R&D. He combines these aspects with computer skills from previous experiences, where he had the opportunity to develop various automation tools to support operators with the goal of streamlining processes and minimizing human error as much as possible.
We believe that the addition of these talented individuals will strengthen our team’s capabilities and enable us to better serve our valued clients.
